Marrakech
Marrakesh, the palm grove of the South, the former imperial capital, gave its name to Morocco.
Near the summits covered with snow by the Atlas, it spreads its gardens around the minaret of Koutoubia, dating back to the XIth century and 70m high, masterpiece of the Spanish-Moresque art.
The blue house of Majorelle reveals its gardens of cactus. And the Badia palace was for a long time considered as the wonder of the Muslim world. Place of shooting of numerous films, there is a magnificent place with ceilings and pediments splendidly decorated.
Great thanks to Marie and Xavier to allow me to expose their photos in this gallery.
